Read student reflections regarding their relevant, engaging, field experiences and research efforts, and student life in general.

Enjoy the Break!

‘Twas a week before Christmas, and through the School of Education, not a student was around not even faculty.

Let it Snow! (Please?!)

A Minnesota girl's plea to Mother Nature.

Christmas is coming!

It’s finally starting to get cold outside (at least some days) and the semester is coming to an end.

The Countdown is On

In less than three weeks countless papers, exams, and projects are due!

Nothing But Grateful

I am and continue to grateful for the faculty here and the community I am involved with.

Half way done

It is a little bit over mid semester and I am already feeling the pressure.

Fall Break

This weekend marks the beginning of fall break!

Rain, rain, go away

I don’t think it has stopped raining for the past week and a half.

New Goal!!

I am so excited to say that I am starting a new goal and it’s not related to school!

For the love of Research!

In August, Dr. Foster invited the Masters students in the Marriage and Family Counseling program and Doctoral students to submit research proposals for an upcoming conference.

First three weeks!

Oh goodness, how have the first three weeks of school already gone by?!

Don't turn down opportunities

I find it interesting, in terms of my career, that every time I underestimate myself and say that I will never do that, I end up there.

Graduation

Tomorrow is going to be the celebration time for people who are graduating from the School of Education after two, three, or more years of hard work.

IT’S OVER!!!! (well sort of...)

So last week, in our last staff clinic meeting, we read a letter that we had written to ourselves last year.

Interventions in the School

I could use these very same interventions for myself.

I will survive

The end of the semester is upon us, and I am freaking out.

Time

Time may make you more comfortable with things you used to feel uncomfortable and sometimes vice versa.

Is it May yet?

I am down to approximately one month to go till graduation

Spring!

My brain is awakening from a winter of fog.

Spring Break

I don’t find myself out of town, relaxing.

Snow Days

Is our school closed?

Let It Snow!

We’ve had two snow days over the past two weeks

A Snow Day

We had some snow, and by “some” I mean something around 5 inches.

Have a Focus

One of the first pieces of advice our professors gave us at the beginning of our program was to have a specific issue that you were especially interested in.

Spring semester has begun

How do we want to implement the lessons and change our lives?

New Year

Why wait until some arbitrary date in the future when you can make new and healthy resolutions each and every day?
